Cheesy Sausage and Potatoes
- 1 Bag of frozen mixed veggies
- 3 Potatoes diced
- 2 Packages polish sausage
- 1 Can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 Can cream of celery
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar
- 1 Cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Freeze all in a freezer bag and take out the night before cooking. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Tonight's dinner may have been my favorite so far! The sausage popped, the sauce was cheesy and who doesn't love cheese, and the veggies were cooked to perfection. I will definitely be eating this for lunch tomorrow!!! See you all tomorrow for Cilantro Lime Chicken!
