Beef Stroganoff

Today was more of a success than yesterday, the meal actually got cooked! I added egg noodles to this recipe that I cooked according to the package when I got home this evening.

Beef Stroganoff

  • 2 lbs Stew meat
  • 2 Onions chunked 
  • 2 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs onion powder 
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper 
  • 8 oz Mushrooms (I used canned and trained the liquid off before putting in)
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire 
  • 1 Can beef broth
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Cup sour cream
To freeze add all of the above to a freezer bag. Take meal out the night before and cook low for 8 hours. 



I'm a liquid, juice, gravy, sauce person so this was just right for me. Jake's QOTD, "it was stroganoffy". Tomorrow we will be having cream cheese chicken chili!
